"The whole of science is nothing more than a refinement of everyday thinking!" - Albert Einstein
With boundless love to explore the opportunities and possibilities in Science, students of grade 4 and 5 recently culminated their club activity of preparing science models at Presidium Dwarka 16B. Our young scientists had been working on their Science models diligently for the past two weeks with their group members. Astonishing their classmates and teachers with unsurpassed creativity and scientific skills, the Presidians displayed various models like hydraulic lift, solar cooker, potato battery, windmill, volcano, lemon battery, projector, torch, human teeth, composting, ancient projector and water level indicator.
This exhibition provided an appropriate platform to the Science enthusiasts to showcase their logical thinking skills, technical knowhow, problem solving skills and team work. This enriching experience enabled the students to use scientific process skills, in other words, to be able to define the problems around them, to observe, to analyze, to hypothesize, to experiment, to conclude, to generalize, and to apply the information they have with the necessary skills.
